Choose the Mask That Fits Your Pet Best

Use the mask that rests most naturally around your pet's muzzle without covering the eyes. The mask connects directly to the circular mist outlet on the front of the device.

Do not force the mask against the face. Pause use if your pet becomes uncomfortable or distressed.

Easy Cleaning After Each Use

Turn off the device.
Remove the transparent liquid cup.
Rinse the removable cup with clean water.
Reassemble the device according to the user manual.
Keep the main electronic body away from direct water exposure.

Do not use oils, thick liquids or liquids containing visible particles, as they may obstruct the mesh.
